Our Process - Goal Driven Development
There's a lot of work that goes into developing a successful web presence, so understanding the various steps and the order in which they are performed can help make things much more efficient. Here's a typical development cycle.
1. First Contact
After you contact us, we'll need to begin learning about your business requirements, goals and budget. We'll communicate by email, by phone and in person.
2. Analysis and Planning
After obtaining your requirements and goals we will begin producing a strategy. We will identify ways to measure the success of the new project in order to verify the return on your investment. A formal proposal will be prepared including a quotation and timeline. Once approved a deposit will be gathered and work will begin.
3. Design and Development
Based on the documentation and technical specifications generated in the previous stage a template will be produced by our creatives. Your project co-ordinator will be working with you directly to guide development and ensure that communication is taking place between both parties. Once a template has been produced and accepted we will move on to completing the backend components.
4. Integration and Testing
As each component of the project becomes complete, we will integrate them with one another and do intensive testing. We will work with you to ensure the system satisfies your requirements.
5. Training
Our certified trainers will visit your staff and help them understand your new project in full detail.
5. Launch
After testing is complete and your staff feel confident we will release the project formally. This is the most exciting time of the project as you get to see all your hard work come together. Normally this stage is followed by a celebratory meal with all those who participated in the project!
6. Support and Marketing
The last stage of the project is one of the most crucial, and helps ensure that you will get the very most out of your project. We value long term relationships and support all of our products and services.
